Charan & Danayya Return 5 Cr Each, Boyapati Differs!

'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' disappointed the Movie Lovers so much. This Biggie with a theatrical business of Rs 90 crore managed to recover only Rs 63 crore (70 percent). Distributors and Exhibitors of the action entertainer has collectively lost at least Rs 27 crore.

Ram Charan and Producer DVV Danayya came forward to pay a compensation of Rs 5 crore each to the Distributors of 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama'. Even after the deduction of Rs 10 crore, Buyers end up bearing a massive loss of Rs 17 crore.

UV Creations bought the Distribution Rights of 'VVR' in Telugu States for a whooping Rs 73 crore. The Mass Flick was a huge disaster in Overseas where the Distributor has paid Rs 6.70 crore. And now, Danayya offered Rs 70 lakh discount to the Overseas Distributor. Ram Charan and Danayya should be appreciated for caring a lot about the Distributors and doing what they could.

As per the grapevine in the Industry, There is a rift between Boyapati and Danayya over the compensation to the Distributors. While Danayya sought Rs 5 crore from him, Boyapati agreed to return only Rs 2 crore. The Mass Director argued he can't pay compensation on par with Danayya who made good profits with pre-release business.
