Chinese PM all praise for this Indian Movie

Chinese Prime Minister Xi Jinping informed his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi that he had seen Aamir Khan-starrer 'Dangal' which grossed around Rs 1,090 crore in his country. He is all praise for Indian Films during the meeting with Indian PM. Indian Foreign Secretary S Jaishankar confirmed these reports.

'Dangal' released in China on May 5th and emerged as highest grosser among non-Hollywood films in the neighboring country. In fact, A one-month extended Box Office run till July 4th has been permitted for this wrestling-based movie because of its stupendous success.

Apart from Cinema, Prime Ministers of India and China discussed about issues such as economic, defense, border security & terrorism. China responded positively to the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.

On the other hand, I&B Minister M Venkaiah Naidu claimed to happy with overwhelming success of 'Dangal' and the acclaim it received from Chinese PM. He terms it as a great example of cooperation among BRICS Nations.
