With the release date approaching quick and fast, the team of 'Godfather' has shifted gears in terms of promotions. Apart from the release of 'Thaar Maar' song, they are looking after the pre-release event arrangements and Megastar recently gave an interview with anchor Sreemukhi on a flight. As we all know, dashing director Puri Jagannadh is playing a special role in this film and the legendary hero talked about how Puri made everyone wait on the sets.

Megastar said, "We were all waiting for him on location. But he was not coming out of the caravan. Finally, he came out of the caravan in his trademark style by smoking a cigarette and drinking tea. Charmme also came along with him. I asked Charmme why did he take so long to come out of the caravan. She told me that he was shivering and didn’t want to shoot at all. But when he finally did his first shot, everyone was amazed by his natural performance. He justified the character to 100 percent."

After hearing Megastar's interview, fans are getting excited to see 'Godfather' which is releasing in Telugu and Hindi. Interestingly, it is getting dubbed in Malayalam too and people are pointing out the fact that the movie itself is a remake of the Malayalam hit 'Lucifer'. The movie is hitting the big screens worldwide on October 5th.

The digital rights of Hindi and Telugu versions of 'Godfather' were reportedly bought by Netflix. Mohan Raja is directing the movie while RB Choudary and NV Prasad are producing it, while Konidela Surekha is presenting it. Nirav Shah is the cinematographer while Suresh Selvarajan is the art director. Thaman is the music composer. Nayanthara and Salman Khan will be seen in major roles while Puri Jagannadh, Satyadev, Sunil and others will play key parts in 'Godfather'.
