If the latest buzz is to be believed, Megastar Chiranjeevi, who celebrated his 66th birthday yesterday plans to act in as many as 20 new films by the time he turns 70 which is just under 4 years from now. Chiranjeevi wants to make the most out of the charm that he currently possesses and he wishes to try out all kinds of roles in the next 4 years that he has at his disposal. Chiranjeevi has already sent out the word to the producers and directors, saying he is looking to act in as many films as he possibly can in the next four years. He is planning accordingly and wishes to execute his strategy with pinpoint accuracy in the near future. Chiranjeevi's desire to act in multiple films is one of the main reasons why he has been opting for remakes of late. For remakes, the script will be available already and all the director has to do is make some minor changes to the draft to suit the tastes of Telugu audiences.
Chiranjeevi's upcoming films, Godfather and Bhola Shankar are remakes of Lucifer and Vedhalam respectively. He is also starring in a full-on mass masala action entertainer that is directed by Bobby. This project will hit the floors very soon. Not just top filmmakers, Chiranjeevi wishes to work with young and talented filmmakers as well. His sole aspiration is to roll out as many films as he possibly can before he hits the famous 70's after which, his agility will go down considerably and he can't take up as many commercial potboilers. He is etching his plans accordingly now.
If Chiranjeevi's plans are to go by, he has to act in as many as 5 films per year for the next 4 years. At his ripe age, this should take a great deal of dedication and sincerity from Chiranjeevi to work tirelessly to enthrall his fans and followers. His immediate next outing Acharya is one of the most memorable films for Chiranjeevi as he will be seen alongside his son, Chiranjeevi in the social drama that is directed by Koratala Siva.
