Couple of days back, Dasari Narayanarao led "Katha Hakkula Sangham" (Story rights commission) has decided to call for stepping away from "Kaththi" remake's production. This is aimed as Dasari's targeting at Chiranjeevi by stopping him to make his 150th film.
Explaining on the same, senior writer Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao from Writers Association confirmed that Dasari-Chiranjeevi fight is a creation of rumour mills. "Chiranjeevi garu gave us a word that he will proceed with Kaththi remake only when the issues of writer Narasimha Rao with Tamil producers are cleared. Actually we are demanding a compensation to Narasimha Rao for the film", said Paruchuri.
At the same time, Directors Association president Veera Shankar also confirmed that there is not any issue about "Kaththi" remake but only a legal settlement is pending.
