Video: Chiru Shares His experiences Of 'JVAS' On Its 30th Anniversary!

Megastar Chiranjeevi and timeless beauty Sridevi's blockbuster film 'Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari' completed 30 years of its release. On this occasion, Chiru released a special video sharing his experiences of working with the entire team and how he enjoyed working on this fantasy drama.

Talking about director Raghavendar Rao, Megastar said that the entire credit for this film should go to Raghavendar Rao for making such a film so meticulously. He worked hard for the film as he faced some failures before. Despite everyone ridiculing the idea of working on a socio fantasy which resembled 'Chandamama' stories but Chiru told that Raghavendar replied to all of them strongly by delivering a super hit.

Speaking of this fantastic film, he said, “On the occasion of 30 years of 'Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari', I wish everyone who is attached to this film. This timeless project found a place in the list of top 25 films in the history of Telugu cinema. It all happened with the invincible expression of talent by all the crafts. The unique thing about this film is, it has no generation gap. It never looks like an old style film of a bygone era even after 30 years. I feel privileged for being part of this project."

Speaking of his heroine Sridevi, Chiranjeevi said that this film would not have been made if not for Sridevi. He said that she is the main reason for its success and no one can fit the role of an angel like Sridevi did. He said that Sridevi's innocent, beautiful, and talented acting made us remind her by the name 'Athiloka Sundari' even now. He added that he had to work hark for match Sridevi's grace and gorgeousness. He said that it is a privilege working with such a star.

He thanked the film's producer Ashwini Dutt, music composer Ilayaraja, lyricist Veturi Sundara Rama Murthy and DOP Vincent for their amazing work and the effort that made the film evergreen.
