Chiru To Take Political Potshots Through 'Godfather'?

Megastar Chiranjeevi is arriving with his intense drama 'Godfather' which is all set to hit the screens on 5th October. The recently released 'Thaar Maar Thakkar Maar' song crossed 10 million views already and created a lot of buzz on the movie. Just when the fans were getting concerned over the lack of hype on the film, Megastar released an audio clip that increased the expectations heavily.

Knowing the Malayalam film 'Lucifer', it is filled with political punches that create a lot of ripples. Sources say that there are going to be more powerful dialogues and political satires in Megastar's 'Godfather'. With Megastar being a huge star in Tollywood and entering the political world too, the dialogues are going to ruffle the feathers of a lot of political parties and leaders as per rumours. There are a few who suggest that the dialogues will be sticking to the script but not real life. Let us wait and see how what Megastar has in store for the audience with 'Godfather'.

The digital rights of Hindi and Telugu versions of 'Godfather' were reportedly bought by Netflix. News is that Netflix spent 57 crores acquiring the digital rights of 'Godfather'. Dasara is one of the biggest seasons and fans are waiting eagerly to see the two megastars Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan together on screen. Mohan Raja is directing the movie while RB Choudary and NV Prasad are producing it, while Konidela Surekha is presenting it. Nirav Shah is the cinematographer while Suresh Selvarajan is the art director. Thaman is the music composer.

Nayanthara and Salman Khan will be seen in major roles while Puri Jagannadh, Satyadev, Sunil and others will play key parts in 'Godfather'. Apart from this, he is acting in Meher Ramesh's 'Bholaa Shankar' which is a remake of 'Vedhalam'. He is being directed by Bobby in another mass entertainer named 'Waltair Veerayya' which is still in the production stage.
