First Look: Chiyaan Vikram Becomes 'Mahaan' For His 60th Film!

Update: 2021-08-20 14:17 GMT
Versatile actor Vikram is waiting for a hit since a long time. He is the kind of actor who puts his heart and soul into every character he does but success seems to be eluding him for some reason. It is safe to say that he hasn't delivered 'Aparichitudu' level hit till date. There is no character Chiyaan Vikram cannot portray and he even does multiple roles for a single film. He puts himself under a lot of stress and strain for different characters he portrays onscreen but there is a huge complaint that he doesn't pay enough attention to the story and gives a green signal if the hero character satisfies the actor in him.

His fans are hoping that his next film 'Cobra' becomes a huge success. In the meanwhile, the first look poster of his 60th film came out. The film is named 'Mahaan' and much like any Vikram's film, the first look poster is very creative and creates a lot of interest on the project. It definitely excites the fans as they get to see Vikram and his son Dhruv Vikram together onscreen in this film. Karthick Subbaraj who is going through a lean patch right now is directing this prestigious project. After hits like 'Jigarthanda', 'Pizza' and 'Petta', Karthick's recent work in 'Navarasa' and his films 'Jagame Thanthiram' with Dhanush and 'Mercury' with Prabhudeva ended up as huge failures. They got a lot of criticism and we need to see how he handles 'Mahaan'.

7 Screen Studios are producing this flick while Santosh Narayanan who is a regular of Karthick Subbaraj's films is composing the music for this one too. The release date is expected to come out soon and senior actress Simran and talented actor Bobby Simha are playing key roles in this flick. Let us wait and see how the film is going to be.

The first look poster has a black and white photo of Vikram smiling whilst riding on a bullet bike. The red sunglasses along with long hair and salt and pepper beard can be noticed. There are two horns on his head along with a lot of hands around him which makes it quite intriguing for the fans.
