Tamil superstar Dhanush recently commenced filming for his maiden Telugu - Tamil bilingual titled Sir - Vaathi(in Tamil). This project is being mounted on a lavish scale and the makers are promoting it as a pan-India film.
Now, the latest news is that noted cinematographer Dinesh Krishnan has opted out of the project. He took it to social media to confirm the same.
"It is unfortunate that I couldn't be a part of @dhanushkraja's #vaathi #SIRmovie Hoping to work soon with @Fortune4Cinemas@SitharaEnts @vamsi84 #venkyatluri ð. #covid" Dinesh tweeted as he announced that he is not a part of the project anymore.
However, Dinesh did not reveal the reason why he opted out of the project. The makers are currently in search of an alternative cinematographer and they are said to be in talks with a couple of capable cinematographers.
Sir is billed to be an action oriented social drama that takes potshots at the modern day education system.
