Nothing seems to be working for Shruti Haasan at the moment. She was criticized for going out of shape while doing 'Katamarayudu'. Then, She walked out of high-budget venture 'Sanghamithra' after its launch at Cannes Film Festival. And now, She received poor reviews for her performance in the new release 'Behen Hogi Teri'.
Plot: Gattu (Rajkummar Rao) is fond of his neighbour Binny (Shruti Haasan) and even falls in love with her. To his shock, Parents of Gattu & Binny treat them more like a brother & sister. Rest of the story is about the hardships faced by Gattu since Binny gets engaged to an NRI.
Rajkummar Rao yet again delivers a praise-worthy performance. Critics, however, have given thumbs down to Shruti Haasan unanimously. They had gone to the extent of saying the end product could have been much better if Rajkummar Rao had a much better Co-Star. It's a wake up call for hottie!
