Vijay Deverakonda has set a new target for himself with 'Dear Comrade'. He is now keen to establish himself as a South Indian Sensation after establishing himself as Star Material in Telugu States.

Initial plan was to make 'Dear Comrade' in Telugu alone. Makers, however, decided to increase its reach by cashing in on the universal subject. Releasing 'Dear Comrade' in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala has collectively fetched close to Rs 6.5 crore for Mythri Movie Makers.

Worldwide Theatrical Rights of 'Dear Comrade' were sold out for Rs 33 crore. This is the highest pre-release business in the career of Vijay Deverakonda.
