Deepika Padukone disclosed she was molested at the age of 14 during an interview post the release of 'Padmaavat'. 'I was then 14. Our Family were walking down the street after eating at a restaurant. My Father and Sister were walking ahead. Me and My Mother were walking behind. And suddenly, A Man had brushed past Me. Instead of pretending as if nothing happened, I followed him, caught hold of his collar and slapped him in the middle of the street,' she revealed.
The Top Actress shared this incident when quizzed if her Parents were concerned about her due to the violent incidents over 'Padmaavat'. She claims her Father and Mother have full faith in her ability to take care of herself from that day onwards.
