Mega couple Ram Charan and Upasana are fitness freaks and we all know that. Charan has gone through vigorous fitness regime for playing an IPS officer role in his last film 'Dhruva'. He has even bared his ripped physique in Pareshanura song in the film as well.
On the other hand, Upasana hails from the family which runs biggest healthcare group Apollo. Upasana is the Vice Chairperson of Apollo Foundation and MD of Apollo Life(The Wellness arm of Apollo group). She has proved her penchant for fitness once again as she posted a video doing daredevil stunts in the Devils Circuit.
