Writer Diamond Ratnam who is known for his works on dialogues in films like Seema Sastry, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham, Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam and upcoming Intlo Deyyam Nakenti Bhayyam, has joined the club of 'director blasting'.
He stated today that while directors are walking away with all the credit, writers are not getting such acclaim. "Everyone knows who directed Baahubali, but none know who wrote the dialogues of the film. If director is captain of ship, then writer is a compass. He needs to get honoured" said Diamond Ratnam in an interview.
Earlier writers like Kona Venkat, Koratala Siva and Vakkantam Vamsi also made similar comments.
