NTR, the legendary actor had paralysis stroke for his right hand and he couldn't lift his hand for months. But he continued to act in films and used left hand for more scenes and even in devotional films he used to lift left hand instead of right.

That turned into style. Nagarjuna had a bad knee injury during his film shoot and with all the pain, he continued to act for 16 years. After an advanced bone surgery, he is able to now dance and run without much pain. ANR was asked to not act in films after his second heart surgery but he continued for 25 years after that.

There are many examples of actors having to undergo life threatening injuries and medical conditions on sets or off, but they came back stronger and tougher. Aravind Swamy to had to face bravely tough situations to become what he is today.

He shared, "After Sakhi, my parents died and I had to take up the family business. I did look after everything and even started a new business that made us even popular and successful.

But one day, I felt severe back pain and joined hospital. After three days, I couldn't move by right leg and doctors said I have paralysis. After many surgeries and treatments, I could move myself.

Due to being completely bed ridden I became fat and shot up to 110 kgs. My daughter felt really bad when someone commented on my body and for her I decided to get fit.

Mani sir again offered me movie, Kadal and that forced me to work even harder. I am happy that my life has changed now but I have to continue despite my back pain. I will as it keeps me going," said Aravind Swamy.
