Copy Cat Rumours surfaced after the theatrical trailer of 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' went on to break Youtube records by crossing four million mark at a quick pace. Some people began spreading that some of the visuals and tunes in the promo of Balayya's century flick were hugely inspired from Bollywood flick 'Bajirao Mastani'  directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Condemning the baseless speculation, Krish described 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' as Telugu's Pride. He felt it's unfair to circulate such senseless rumors.

'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' and 'Bajirao Mastani' are two different films. Comparisons can't be drawn between them except for the fact that both of them are historical subjects, same visual effects team worked for both the project and grandeur. How fare is it to level plagiarism charges on a movie made with so much of passion?

Altogether, There are four war sequences in 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni'. 20 Chariots, Hundreds of horses, Tens of elephants and camels have been used for these scenes. It's going to be a visual spectacle for sure.
