It is becoming increasingly difficult for the filmmakers to have a solo-release for their film. We all know that three medium range films released last week amidst huge competition. When biggies or medium range films are not releasing on a Friday, small filmmakers queue up for the release of their films.
Several small budget films fight it out at the box office in the absence of big ticket films. But 'Anando Brahma' got the chance of solo-release. This film is releasing on August 18 as several other films postponed their release to later dates. Gopichand film 'Oxygen' release is planned for August 18 initially. Somehow, there is no further update from the makers and they are not talking about the release now. Another film 'Ungarala Rambabu' slated for release on the same day by the producers.. but they have postponed it.
Apart from these two films, Tamil dubbed film 'VIP 2' is planned for August 18 release but they have postponed it to August 25 later. As three films have opted to go out of the race, 'Anando Brahma' got the chance of solo-release. The movie is made with a different concept of 'Ghosts are being scared of humans'. The audience don't have great expectations on the film but it will achieve a good result if it gets positive talk.
Taapsee.. Vennela Kishore.. Srinivas Reddy.. Shakalaka Shankar played key roles in the film. 'Patashala' fame Mahi K. Raghav directed this film.
