Pan-Indian hero Prabhas is currently busy with multiple projects in his hands right now. His romantic drama 'Radhe Shyam' is nearing completion while he is working on the action-thriller 'Salaar' directed by Prasanth Neel. On the other hand, he is also playing the lead in the mythological drama 'Adipurush'. Apart from them, he gave his nod to a science-fiction film by Nag Ashwin which is based on the time-traveling concept.
While all these projects are quite exciting, there is one interesting link between them. All these films have a periodic touch! 'Radhe Shyam' is a romantic drama set in the backdrop of vintage Italy. The story doesn't happen in current times and we've heard the makers building special sets and actors sporting different looks in order give an authentic period look. There is also a talk which says that Prasanth Neel's action flick 'Salaar' is set in the 1970s and it has a backdrop of Mysore. The makers are yet to confirm this news but it is all over the internet.
As it is aware, 'Adipurush' is based on our epic mythology Ramayan and it definitely happens in the past. Kriti Sanon is seen as Sita while Sunny Singh plays the role of Lakshman in this high-budget flick. Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Lankesh who is the biggest rival of 'Adipurush'. This movie is directed by Om Raut. His other project with Nag Ashwin is based on time-traveling and we all know that the timeline in such movies wavers from past to present and vice versa.
People are curious to know if Prabhas is selecting these kinds of scripts intentionally or it just happened. What do you think?
