Generally, Star-Studded Telugu Films doesn't release for Diwali which is celebrated on New Moon Day (Amavasya). Either low-budget movies or dubbed films will make hungama at the Telugu Box Office during this period.
All the three Dussehra Releases (Aravinda Sametha, Hello Guru Prema Kosame, Pandem Kodi 2) haven't been able to draw the crowds to theaters anymore.
