As per the orders, 'Garuda Vega' movie should not be screened in TV.. YouTue or in any other format.  The court also ordered the producer, director not to conduct any promotional programmes, press meets.  Advocate Sri Harsha Reddy argued on behalf of the petitioner saying that the entire film revolves around the theme of a scam in Uranium Corporation.  He said that there is a Uranium Plant in Tummalapalli in Andhra Pradesh which belongs to the corporation.   As per the movie, Tummalapalli MLA.. Home Minister.. Central Government Home Department officials were depicted as the key persons in the scam.

The advocate objected that the movie has shown NIA Asst. Commissioner unearthing the scam.   After listening to the arguments the judge passed orders to stop the screenings.  Usually, objections will be raised on films before the release of during the release.  But 'Garuda Vega' released on November 7, 2017 and now they have approached the court.   It is interesting to see how the film unit going to respond to the court order.
