The nationwide lockout imposed in India in the wake of the spread of the dangerous disease entered the fourth phase from today which will be lasting till the 31st of this month.
Out of the new relaxations, E commerce and Salons were permitted to resume the operations which is much awaited since the first phase of the lockout was imposed in India.
With this, the E commerce giants like Amazon, Flipkart that suffered heavy losses in the lockout period will have a sigh of relief and they can deliver all essentials and non essentials too.
On the other hand, the hotspots of the disease will be under the lockout barring the medical stores and the shops that sell the essential goods, while the authorities will have a keen eye on the areas.
Saloons that were closed since more than one and half a month were permitted to open from Tuesday and they have to follow the new set of guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs(MHA).
