Top director SS Rajamouli's magnum opus film 'RRR' is nearing the end of its theatrical run. The pan-Indian film which was released on 25th March created a huge euphoria. The movie turned out to be the biggest opener in India by grossing 223 crores on the first day itself. In the first two weeks, the movie crossed 1000 crores at the box office. It got 250+ crores in the Hindi market alone.
The film created a huge sensation and the performances of both the star heroes Ram Charan and NTR turned out to be the film's biggest assets. Rajamouli's unparalleled vision and his hunger for perfection made this film end up as the third-highest collecting film in the history of Indian cinema.
The video songs of the film are coming out in all languages. A few days back, 'Naatu Naatu' and 'Dosti' songs came out and they are getting a huge number of views. Now, it is time for the celebration anthem 'Ethara Jenda' which ended the film on a high note.
A partial video song was released before the film's release and we all knew that it would be played while the end titles were rolling. But this song created a special atmosphere in theatres as the energetic tune and colorful presentation gave a high to the audience.
Ram Charan and NTR were at their best in this song while Alia brought a lot of vibrance and vigor. The tribute given to the freedom fighters like Subhash Chandrabose, Sardar Vallabhai Patel, Chhatrapati Shivaji, Bhagat Singh, Tangutoori Prakasham Pantulu and others was wonderful to say the least.
The surprise package was, however, the special cameos of Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris and SS Rajamouli himself. The theatres were berserk when Rajamouli appeared on the big screen which explains the level of craze he has among the movie lovers.
'RRR' is produced by DVV Danayya over a budget of over 400 crores. The lead actors delivered stupendous performances and MM Keeravani is the music composer who is one of the main pillars in the film's success. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn appears in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film and she looked very cute.
Apart from a few noted Hollywood actors, 'RRR' has actors like Shriya Saran, Rajeev Kanakala, Samuthirakani and others did key roles. NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which is set in the backdrop of the pre-Independence era.
Both of them are enjoying the humongous success of this pan-Indian film. Senthil Kumar is the director of photography while Sabu Cyril is the production designer. Srinivas Mohan is the VFX supervisor for this huge project. Rama Rajamouli is the costume designer.
