There were two titles Naatu Baambu and Brother of Bommali from which the viewers had to select a name.
The contest conducted by "Siri Cinema" got a good response and the participants selected "Brother Of Bommali" as the title for the film.
Karthika Nair is playing the twin sister for Naresh. B Chinni who earlier made "Veedu Theda" is the director of this film. This is the story of the troubles an innocent brother (Naresh) had to face because of her tomboy sister (Karthika). That is why the makers felt that new title Brother of Bommali apt enough for the movie.
Naresh hopes that this film will regain his name and fame which he lost with films like Laddu Babu, Jump Jilani and others.
