Forget About Politics, Rajini Signs One More Flick!

Update: 2019-10-07 12:09 GMT
Rajinikanth announced he will foray into politics on December 31st, 2017. People of Tamil Nadu expected him to make political debut either after the release of '2.0' or 'Petta' but that didn't happen. He signed 'Darbar' directed by AR Murugadoss to extend the waiting period.

Tamil Nadu Assembly Polls will be happening in 2021. Fans assumed Thalaivar would focus completely on the new political party after the release of 'Darbar' during Pongal 2020. Much to their shock, Yet another flick was signed by the Superstar.

As per sources, Rajinikanth has been holding talks with Director Siruthai Siva who is known for Ajith-starrer 'Veeram', 'Vedalam', 'Vivegam' and 'Viswasam'. The Filmmaker made few changes to the subject according to the suggestion of Thalaivar. Shoot begins soon after the pending work of 'Darbar'.

If the latest reports are true by any chance, Rajinikanth might have decided not to make foray into politics. Why because, There won't be enough time to take the party ideology into the people if he signs yet another feature film.
