Gabbar Landed in Financial Troubles

To launch a film by breaking a coconut alone lies in producer’s hands. Nobody knows when the movie finishes shooting, even if done there is no guarantee when the film would release. This not only applies for small budget films but also for films having heroes with good reputation. We have seen many Tollywood films shelving in middle due to financial troubles but surprisingly a big hero film that too from B town is facing similar issues.

Akshay Kumar and Shruti Hassan starrer ‘Gabbar’ movie which is the remake of Chiranjeevi starrer Tagore  halted owing to financial troubles.The production venture of Sanjay leela Bhansali was halted at last stages and as per reports makers were not cleared the dues of film unit till now.

Some of the unit members including light men and spot boys are now planning to approach the union regarding their payment.The film is directed by Telugu director Krish who earlier directed award winning films like Gamyam and Vedam.Bhansali and Akshay are collaborating for the second time after the success of ‘Rowdy Rathore’.
