His last film 'Jil' was dud at the box office. Even though he had high hopes on the film, he was disappointed with the result. Another film 'Aaradugula Bullet' yet to see the light even after the replacement of the director. The producer landed in to financial mess later. PVP financed the project later but the movie is not releasing. Nobody knows what happened to Gopichand's other project 'Oxygen' produced by AM Ratnam. Out of all the projects, Sampath Nandi directorial 'Gautham Nanda' is the only hope for Gopichand.

That might be the reason, Gopichand is conducting special pujas at his home for the past two days as per the buzz. Those pujas will be completed by Thursday.
