The film industry is a colourful world. For some people, cinema is everything. But the society always tends to underestimate such people. Keeping the star hero and heroines aside, the actors who play small roles in the movies face so many problems in the society. Anchor turned actress Hari Teja who shot up to fame with Big Boss TV show also faced one such incident.

The actress went to Mahanati movie with her family and she took a selfie video explaining a situation that happened at the theatre and posted it on social media. She clarified that she isn't doing this for publicity at all. "My mom, dad, sister and I went to Mahanati theatre to watch the film. We thought of readjusting our seats and asked our dad to sit at the far end. But right when my dad was about to sit there, the woman in the adjacent seat started abusing us. She said, "My daughter won't be comfortable with your dad sitting beside her". When asked what is the problem when a person of her father's age is sitting beside her, the lady insulted that we are not cinema people like you who sit beside anyone and enjoy the movie" said Hariteja and broke down into tears.

She added that she has debated with that woman for a long time and scolded her that she should not have come to the theatre if she can't sit beside a male and instead she should have gone for a special show or should have bought the theatre itself. This ex-contestant of Bigg Boss season 1 with teary eyes said that she needs respect and nothing else. She stated that people who are working in movies are nothing less than normal persons and it's not fair to insult them by making such cheap comments.
