Bollywood actress Jiah Khan's suicide case has been transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation by the Bombay high court on Thursday.
As per the FIR, Suraj Pancholi who is son of actors Aditya Pancholi (Shadow villain) and Zarina Wahab (Hrithik's Mom in Agneepath) have been charged of abetting Jiah's suicide.
On June 3rd last year, Jiah Khan was found hanging in her house and the police arrested Suraj on June 10th based on the 6-page suicide note written by the actress. Suraj was granted bail by Bombay high court on July 1st, 2013. Jiah's mother Rabiya Khan approached high court in October last year accusing Suraj of killed her daughter. A 447-page charge sheet has been filed by the Juhu police on January 16th.
