'Viswaroopam' was the most controversial film of 2013. Now, The sequel to this Spy Thriller is on course to achieve the same feat.

Pyramid Saimira Productions International moved a civil suit against Kamal Haasan for recovering Rs 5.44 crore paid to his production house, Raaj Kamal Films International to make 'Marmayogi'.

As per the MoU, Pyramid Saimira Productions paid Rs 10.90 crore to Raaj Kamal Films International. In September 2008, Kamal had even sent acknowledgment mail upon receiving the amount. The Versatile Actor was supposed to script and direct the biggie apart from playing the lead role. However, This project was stalled after few days of shoot.

Now, Pyramid Saimira complains Kamal Haasan has been using the fund he borrowed for 'Marmayogi' to make his other films. It points out Kamal associated with the production house Aascar to make 'Viswaroopam 2' as he doesn't have enough money to produce the film all by himself.

Madras High Court directed Kamal Haasan to file the counter on the petition against 'Viswaroopam 2'. While speaking to media, Ulaganayagan told he would settle the matter in the court and his much-awaited film will release on August 10th itself.
