Home Minister Sends A Warning To 'Adipurush' Team!

Update: 2022-10-04 12:32 GMT
The much-awaited teaser of Prabhas' mythological drama 'Adipurush' has been released on Sunday night amidst a huge crowd gathering in Ayodhya. Fans were eager to see their matinee idol in the Ram avatar and prepared themselves for a visual extravaganza. But they were shell-shocked after watching the teaser as it looked like a 3D animation film with Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon's faces attached to the computer-generated motion figures. Not just the fans but even the regular movie lovers too were severely disappointed with the visuals as they vented their anger on social media.

Now, the Home Minister of the Madhya Pradesh government expressed his unhappiness over the portrayal of certain characters in this film which is based on the epic mythology Ramayan. He warned the director Om Raut saying, "The portrayal of pivotal characters in Adipurush is concerning. I am writing a letter to filmmaker Om Raut to remove the objectionable scenes, if those scenes are not removed then we will take legal action against them."

He added, "He should've taken the looks of Sr NTR, or Dr Rajkumar who played Raavan roles with great integrity and attention for detail. The Ravan shown in the teaser of Adipurush doesn't even look like an Indian." He bashed the team for not doing proper research before making a film on such an epic. He even warned them to make those necessary changes before the film releases on 12th January. He said the team will be facing legal consequences if they don't rectify their mistakes.
With everything going wrong for the 'Adipurush' team, we need to wait and see what the team does.

Directed by Om Raut, Saif Ali Khan portrays the character of Lankesh in this 'Adipurush'. Gorgeous Bollywood beauty Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sita while T-Series is bankrolling this project. Prabhas will be seen as lord Ram.
