Humongous Rates For Non-Theatrical Rights Of 'Vakeel Saab'!

Despite being a remake of the Hindi film 'Pink', 'Vakeel Saab' is undoubtedly one of the biggest movies which are about to hit the screens this year. It marks the return of Pawan Kalyan to the silver screen and fans cannot wait for that moment to arrive. The film is slated for release on 9th April and Pawan will be seen as a lawyer in this courtroom drama.

The makers made a lot of changes to suit Pawan's image and insiders say that the film is doing tremendous business. Reports suggest that the non-theatrical rights of this film excluding the Hindi dubbing rights went for 31 crores which is quite huge. Since it is a remake of Hindi film 'Pink', we need to see if they buy the Hindi dubbing rights for a heavy price or not.

Apparently, the Zee network bought the satellite rights while a popular OTT platform grabbed the digital rights. The official details are yet to come out. On the other hand, the overseas rights of Pawan-Krish project were bought for a whopping 15 crores. We need to get more information regarding it but it seems like Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor have struck gold with 'Vakeel Saab'.
