Writer-cum-Actor Paruchuri Gopalakrishna claimed he was the one behind the love marriage of comedian MS Narayan and his wife Kalaprapoorna.
MS Narayana and Kalaprapoorna were the students of Paruchuri at Telugu Basha Praveena in Bheemavaram. One fine day in the year 1971, He came to the Writer along with Kalaprapoorna with the intention to marry her against the wish of their elders as its inter-caste. "After helping them marry, I rented a home and arranged a job for MS as booking clerk at a theatre. Later, I helped the couple get a job as lecturer and teacher," reveals Paruchuri.
MS came to industry as a writer and turned actor with 'Peddarayudu'. 'Maa Nannaki Pelli' which fetched him Nandi award was the turning point for this comedian. He had a glorious career and acted in over 700 films till date. MS's sudden demise is an irrepairable loss to the Industry and Telugus.
