Versatile Actor Vikram revealed he has given so much to his magnum opus 'I' as he believes this one is very special. "I gave 3 Years of My Life to this FILM. From bulging up to losing weight to retain the weight back for looking normal. In fact, I started hiding and stopped posing for pictures while shooting for 'I'. The moment people saw me in a muscular look at gym, they were like wow, fantastic. When I started losing weight for the other part of the film, they got even more excited. After a point, The same people started telling me that I am just taking it too far away and reminded me that I looked better in films like Sammy. I said to them its not about looks, its a film".
When asked how difficult was it keep the every information about the film till the teaser launch under wraps, Vikram replied it was very difficult as these days everyone have got a smartphone in their hands. Shankar used to call Vikram 360 as he would spot whoever might be taking the pictures on the sets and ensure the footage was deleted.
