Is Manmadhudu Going Arjun Reddy Way?

Update: 2019-08-07 08:43 GMT
Arjun Reddy showed that bold content is the best way to tell your story if that is the most suitable way to explore it on screen. But it is becoming a fashion one feels.

Even Nagarjuna Akkineni who is known for doing soft family entertainers when it attempts them, even going for foul words in his next, Manmadudu-2 gives an indication of the impact, Arjun Reddy has.

The censor cuts certificate of the film, showed that a kissing scene between Jhansi - Rakul and many words like Agar the f***, f***, f***ing sh*t have been muted out.

Rahul Ravindran, the director might argue that he wanted to keep his story real with characters cursing on screen but Nagarjuna's reach is so wide that family audiences who loved Manmadhudu could stay away from this version.

Young audiences might like bold content but if it is not necessary for a film, they won't accept it.

Some are commenting tagging Chinmayi Sripada on Twitter asking her, how she supports this film as she has strong opinions and expressions on such things in other films.

And some others are saying Nag shouldn't be so desperate to achieve success and use such foul language in the film so much.

Well, we don't know if it is a director's choice or if it is Nagarjuna's way of saying he is adaptive. Either way, if the film attracts audiences on 9th August, everything will be discounted or it will go to next level of discussion.

Seems like this Manmadhudu-2 wil be more buzzy than the original one, who had a very silent run at box office during 2002, Christmas season!
