Jagan Not Accessible For UPA

Update: 2019-05-21 04:53 GMT
Ahead of the counting day, UPA has been trying it's best to attract as many regional parties as possible for coming back to power. Alliance Partners of Congress have been coming in touch with the Presidents of parties which are neither part of UPA nor NDA.

NCP Chief Sharad Pawar attempted to hold talks with YS Jaganmohan Reddy on behalf of UPA. However, YS Jaganmohan Reddy wasn't accessible for any of the leaders. YCP Chief wishes to keep all the options open until the counting process ends. He will be taking a call based on the seats his party wins in 2019 Elections.

UPA seems to be lacking the patience to wait till May 23rd after majority of the Exit Polls favoured YSR Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh. Although Chandrababu Naidu is already maintaining good relations with Congress, Sonia Gandhi is preferred to work with YSRC due to high possibility of Jagan's victory.

If YCP joins UPA post the results, There won't be much importance for TDP-led by Chandrababu Naidu at the national level.
