Makers of 'Yatra' took the consent of YSR's Family before taking the much-awaited film on the floors. YS Jaganmohan Reddy is very particular about each and every element in his father's biopic. This is why he ensured few members of his coterie monitor the proceedings from time to time.
Jagan will be receiving day-to-day updates of the shoot. He might make few suggestions if needed but don't want to interfere in the creative or technical issues.
Initially, Makers thought of covering the life story of YSR from childhood to chopper crash. They, however, called off such plans due to length issues and focussing mostly on what happened before and after the padayatra with which Maha Neta created history.
Neither Chandrababu Naidu nor KCR will be shown in a bad light in 'Yatra'. It's a film meant to show the greatness of YSR not to defame anyone. Sankranthi 2019 release can't be ruled out!
