Poster Talk: Jaggu Bhai Terrifies As Rajamanaar From 'Salaar'!

It is well known that Kannada director Prasanth Neel is making a pan-Indian film with hero Prabhas titled 'Salaar'. While the director's prestigious project 'KGF 2' is still waiting for the release, he is already busy with 'Salaar' and working on it relentlessly. Produced by Homebale Films, this action entertainer which show Prabhas in an intense and powerful avatar while sultry siren Shruti Hassan plays the lead. Sources say that she plays the role of a journalist in this movie.

Now, the makers revealed the character poster of seasoned actor Jagapathi Babu. Called as Jaggu Bhai by his friends and fans, the veteran is currently one of the busiest actors in South India. He is doing films in many big projects and his handsome looks paired with good acting skills made him a most wanted candidate for the filmmakers. Unlike the time when he was stuck as a hero who only does a certain kind of movies, Jagapathi Babu is doing versatile roles and proving his worth lately.

The 'Rangasthalam' actor is going to be a part of 'Salaar' now. He is playing the role of 'Rajamanaar' in this movie and the black and white poster looks very menacing. He is terrifying to say the least with the thick white beard and sharp mustache. The wrinkles on his forehead, the intense look in his eyes and the nose ring makes him look quite fierce and he is expected to play a very important role in 'Salaar'. Let us see how his character is going to be when the film hits the screens next year.

Ravi Basrur is the music composer while Bhuvan Gowda is the cinematographer. The film is made simultaneously in Telugu and Kannada but will be released in other languages like Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam too. The film was shot in the Godavarikhani area of Telangana and some other interesting locations till date. The shooting is currently going on at a brisk pace.

Other than 'Salaar', Prabhas is acting in some huge projects like 'Adipurush' which is based on the epic mythology 'Ramayana' and a science-fiction film with Nag Ashwin as the director. His romantic drama 'Radhe Shyam' will be hitting the screens on 14th January 2022.
