Bollywood actor-producer John Abraham, who made his debut in the industry with "Jism" a decade ago, will do a video chat Wednesday with his fans on Facebook.
John will launch his official Facebook fan page and Instagram stream with an interactive live Facebook video chat at 3 p.m., April 17.
The 40-year-old said: "I am really excited about reaching out and staying connected with my fans in India and around the world, who are on Facebook and Instagram."
"Social media is convenient, interactive and provides me with an opportunity to listen, share and have fun.
"There are social causes that I support and I would love to share the good work through this medium," he said in statement.
John will next be seen in "Shootout At Wadala", as gangster Manya Surve. The film is releasing May 1.
