Veteran actor Kaikala Satyanarayana made few sensational comments on various aspects related to Film Industry in a recent interview.

Taking a break after 'Dharuvu' (2012): 'I slipped and injured my leg. I'm yet to recover completely'.

Padma Awards: 'Congress Government recommended Padma Shri to me 10 Years Ago. Then, Home Minister Shivaj Singh Chouhan rejected the proposal as I was associated with TDP. Great Actors like Savitri and SVR were denied awards. How can I expect them to honour me?'.

Younger Generation: 'They don't know how to respect elders. NTR and ANR used to respect seniors a lot. I'm the senior among the actors alive Today. What kind of respect I'm receiving? Neither I was invite for a film preview nor movie function?'.

Remuneration: 'In those days, we never craved for money. Our focus is only on good films, characters and recognition. For the present generation, Money has become a priority. After two hits, Actors charge crores as remuneration'.

Baahubali: 'You might have seen Baahubali...Tell me what's its speciality? Does it have a story, good dialogue and pleasant music. Vitalacharya has done such war sequences long back. In those days, People used to call them Tricks. Now, they says it is Graphics. Of course, Films are meant to entertain but they should also be useful to society. You needn't spend hundreds of crores just for entertainment.'
