Stalwart Kajal Aggarwal made her silver screen debut in Telugu in the year 2007. She got major breakthrough with the film Chandamama and became a star with 2009 film Magadheera. Since then, there is no looking back for the beauty and she is still considered as one of the top heroines in the Telugu film industry.
Many north Indian heroines test their luck in Bollywood after they get the fame in Tollywood. Kajal did the same and forayed in Bollywood as a lead heroine with the film Singham. Though the film was a blockbuster, that didn't help Kajal in any which way. Later, she acted once in a while in films like Special 26 and Do Lafzon Ki Kahani but none of them gave Kajal a boost up.
Still, Kajal is not giving up and is continuing to test her luck in the B-Town. Now, she has signed another Hindi film called Mumbai Saga. Directed by Sanjay Gupta, this films features an ensemble of the cast which includes John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty and Prateik Babbar.
The director told in a recent interview that the film shows Kajal as a seventeen-year-old and then continues until the character is in her mid-30s. The filming of this movie is currently underway and is slated to release on June 19th, 2020.
