Reportedly, Murugadoss catered a good amount of budget for Visual Effects of 'Spyder' and the budget surpassed the initial estimates because of this reason. VFX Supervisor Kamal Kannan who has National Award to his credit & worked for 'Baahubali 2' as well is being signed for the Mahesh-starrer. Team Spyder has even collaborated with a VFX Studio based in Russia for obtaining the desired output.
