Kangana Ranaut Warns CM Uddhav Thackeray

Update: 2020-09-09 12:40 GMT
Hours after Mumbai's civic body BMC demolished actress Kangana Ranaut's Mumbai office, the 33-year-old actor hit out at Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in a video in which she addressed Thackeray as "You".

"Uddhav Thackeray, tujhe kya lagta hai? (what do you think?) That you colluded along with the film mafia, demolished my home and took revenge on me? My home was demolished today, your arrogance will crumble tomorrow. This is the wheel of time, remember, it never stays the same," Kangana Ranaut said.

"You have done me a favour. I knew what Kashmiri Pandits had gone through but I felt it too today. I vow to this country that I will make a film not only on Ayodhya but also Kashmir," she added.

However, the BMC says Kangana had been served notice on the illegal structures in 2018, long before her row with the Shiv Sena.
