'KGF - 2' Nears Half Century In Telugu & About To Score Triple Century Soon!
Kannada hero Yash and Prasanth Neel's high-budget action drama 'KGF Chapter 2' is setting the box office on fire. After minting over 150 crores on the first day itself, the film is all set to score a triple century on its third day. The movie did extremely well on the second day too as it grossed 132 crores worldwide. It minted 293 crores worldwide in two days with a share of over 150 crores. While 234.5 crores are from the domestic market, the rest is from the overseas audience who are loving the film.
In the first two days, 'KGF â 2' earned a gross of 45 crores in the Telugu market which is more than what it earned in Karnataka. It collected a share of 16.7 crores in the Nizam area. It got 32.11 crores share in Telugu states while the share in Karnataka is 27 crores. The film grossed 15 crores in Tamil Nadu and 13 crores in Kerala. It got 117 crores in North India and the share is 52 crores. Coming to overseas, it got 58.5 crores while the share is 26.2 cores.
While the worldwide share for the first two days is 151.46 crores, the action drama earned a gross of 293 crores at the box office. With a long weekend filled with holidays, the movie is expected to clock magical figures by the end of its first weekend.
