Megastar Chirajeevi re-entry film 'Khaidi No. 150' has received phenomenal response from the audience. Even though it is a remake of Tamil super hit, audience made it a blockbuster. It has become the second highest grosser at the time of release, following 'Baahubali: The Beginning'. Surprisingly 'Khaidi No.150' has failed to repeat the magic on TV.
'Khaidi No.150' was premiered on May 28, Sunday.. and the TRP rating is shockingly low. It has registered a TRP rating of 6.9. This is much lower than the Mahesh Babu starrer 'Brahmotsavam' which was a disaster at the box office last year. The TRP of Brahmostavam is 7.52.
There could be two reasons for the shockingly low TRP as per the analysts. The timing of the premier was not good because, when 'Khaidi No. 150' was premiered, IIFA Utsavam was telecasted on another channel. 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu' show could be another reason. As Megastar was appearing everyday on the show, audience may not have shown great enthusism on 'Khaidi No. 150'.
