Tamil hero Vishal is a known name for the Telugu audience too. He has been releasing his movies in Telugu for the past sixteen years. His last film 'Samanyudu' failed at the box office but he is all set to arrive with another action-packed entertainer titled 'Laththi'. Previously, the team made an announcement stating that the movie will be hitting the screens on the 12th of August. The posters were also released a few weeks back.
But they released another statement which says, "#Laththi Starring @VishalKOfficial to be postponed. Due to multiple injuries to actor #Vishal & heavy VFX works for fight sequences, team has planned to postpone the release from Aug 12th to Sep 15th." Apparently, Vishal hurt his hand while shooting for the action sequence. The shooting immediately came to a halt for a couple of days and the makers confirmed that 'Laththi' will be released nearly after a month.
In the special poster, we can see Vishal standing with a stick in his hand. Vishal is giving an intense look while there is blood all over his face and uniform. He is hurt but still ready to beat the pulp of the baddies. There is a decent buzz on this movie and people are pining for Vishal to score a good hit in Telugu soon.
Sunaina will be seen playing the romantic interest of Vishal in this flick while Ramana and Nandha are bankrolling this project under 'Rana Productions' banner. Dhilip Subbarayan is the other stunt master and the second half is expected to have around 45 minutes of action sequences that will thrill the audience. Sam CS is the music composer while Pn Parthiban is the writer. Balasubramanian is the director of photography for this project.
