Let Us Accept The Challenge & Make Great Movies: NTR

Update: 2022-09-03 06:00 GMT
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the huge pre-release event of 'Brahmastra' which was supposed to take place in Ramoji Film City in front of thousands of people got canceled on Friday night. The entire film unit along with Rajamouli who is presenting the film in South India was quite upset about it. Even NTR who was the chief guest on that night apologized to his fans.

The 'RRR' hero spoke highly about the film 'Brahmastra' and the team involved in its making during the press meet which was organized later that night. He said that he likes Ranbir Kapoor's intensity a lot and loved his performance in 'Rockstar'. He added that Alia Bhatt is a very close friend to him and wished the entire team a huge success.

Speaking about the change in the current scenario and the pressure faced by actors and makers in recent times, he said, "Let's start celebrating films as well. The audience wants something more than what we are delivering now. I personally believe that we perform better when we are under pressure. So the pressure is good, I think the industry, in total, needs to accept this challenge and make good, better films for our audience. And I hope everybody understands it and I am not putting anybody down here. Let's accept the challenge. Let's move forward and make great movies for the masses."

'Brahmastra' is jointly produced under Dharma Productions, Star Studios, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures banners. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as Shiva while Alia Bhatt is going to play the role of Isha. Directed by Ayan Mukherji, this film is coming out on 9th September. Big names like Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Shah Rukh Khan are playing vital roles in this movie while Mouni Roy will be seen as the villain. We need to wait and see how the film turns out.
