Bollywood beauty Ananya Panday has been summoned by the NCB to attend the investigation regarding the Bollywood drugs case. The NCB authorities identified that Aryan Khan, who was arrested by the NCB earlier this month in connection with a drug bust had a text conversation with Ananya hours before the arrest. The NCB was quick to react and they immediately raided Ananya Panday's house in order to determine if any pieces of evidence can be found to acquaint her with the case. The authorities even seized the mobile phone and laptop owned by Ananya Panday. They then started digging deep to determine if any proof can be stacked up against Ananya.
Sources close to the NCB have revealed that the investigation wing hasn't found any consolidated evidence proving Ananya guilty in this case and the actress has nothing to worry about at least for the time being. But only further investigation will decide if Ananya will be set free from the case or if she too will be summoned to judicial custody. More details in this regard will be out in the corresponding week based on the investigation that is underway now.
Amid the NCB investigation, Ananya is having to peddle through a tough period as she has multiple professional commitments to honor. For instance, Ananya will have to join the sets of Liger very soon and start shooting for the film. The unit has already landed in Mumbai. Vijay Deverkonda and Puri Jagannadh are raring to commence the forthcoming schedule and they are expecting Ananya to join the shoot at the earliest. Ananya has assured the makers of Liger that she will indeed be available for the shoot starting from next week. But first, she will have to attend the NCB investigation that is due on the 25th of October.
Ananya has also agreed to star in several ad campaigns and she will have to allot the dates for the same amid the NCB investigation which is currently underway. The young actress has her plate full at the moment and we need to wait and see how she will navigate through this tough phase.
