Super Star Rajinikanth and director Shankar are coming forward with an exciting project 2.O on Thursday. The movie is releasing big in almost 6500 screens in the country. Huge stakes are involved in the making of the movie and the budget of the film is almost equal to 500 crores.

In order to avoid the piracy of the movie on the first day of the release, the makers have approached the Madras High Court seeking a possible solution from them. The film unit has provided a list of websites which might carry the illegal version of the movie online without the approval of the producers. After looking into the case, the court has passed an injunction order against the pirated websites.

According to the Injunction order, the Internet Service Providers will have to take responsibility in blocking the websites and make sure that the illegal version is not available on the internet. This is something that is not practiced regularly by the film industry but the makers are keen on keeping a control over the illegal versions of the movie.

It is still unsure if the Injunction order can really help the producers by controlling the piracy but we can tell that it is a much-needed move currently considering the craze surrounding the project. The outcome will surely have an impact on all the other new releases.
