Update: 2017-06-08 09:59 GMT
Bollywood film 'Raabta' starring Sushant Singh Rajput is releasing tomorrow.  If we watch 'Raabta' trailer, we will be reminded of 'Magadheera'.  The lawyers who fought the case on behalf of 'Raabta' makers are saying that how can anybody say 'Raabta' is a copy of 'Magadheera' by watching just two minutes of trailer.   The audience who watched 'Raabta' trailer opine that all the characters in 'Raabta' are copied from 'Magadheera'.  As the the court ruling was out in favour of 'Rabta' makers, the movie is releasing tomorrow as per the schedule.

There are different versions reported in the media regarding 'Raabta' settlement.  Some are saying that Court gave a ruling in favour of 'Rabta' makers.. some others are saying that Allu Aravind has withdrawn his case.. some are saying that the issue was solved with an out of court settlement.  On the other hand, a section of media is reporting that 'Raabta' director Dinesh Vijan arranged a special screening for Allu Aravind.. as he got convinced that 'Raabta' is not a copy, he has withdrawn the case.

Meanwhile there are reports that lawyers argued five long hours in the court that.. their clients have not copied 'Magadheera'.  They argued with several points that Rabta hero in the flashback has negative shades unlike 'Magadheera'..climax is totally different from 'Magadheera'.. 'Raabta' didn't have 100 soldiers fight..Character graph is completely different from 'Magadheera'.  As Allu Aravind was not convinced with their arguments.. 'Rabta' makers have arranged special screening for him later.

Let us keep this 'Raabta' makers copy episode for a while.  A Telugu writer is alleging that 'Magadheera' makers have copied his novel 'Chanderi'.  It was published in Andhrabhoomi as a serial in 1998.  Nobody is talking about it now.. Allu sir.. Vijayendra Prasad sir are continuing their silence on this issue !
