While speaking at media meet one of the media person questioned him on the punch dialogues and asked whether they are targeted at someone in Tollywood. Replying to this Mahesh coolly denied and said those dialogues are meant to target none. After sometime, another media person asked the same question. Retaliating to the question, he wondered at the way the question is being repeatedly posed at him in spite of repeated clarifications. He urged everyone to consider the dialogues in the Aagadu trailer to be satires upon his own Dookudu movie. He also opined that there is no controversy intended in it and he also requested the media not to make it a controversy.
